Finally! A different day! First of all, it begun with me reading Harry Potter a lot (of course) and while switching to D Block, things actually changed!

Before I tell what happened, lets start with C Block, which was my first block today. A classmate did a persuasive speech on violent video games. He said the problem are irresponsible parents buying mature video games for children. Sadly, that's the exact problem.

During a video that he used, I laughed a bit maniacally as it showed some violent scenes from Left 4 Dead, Battlefield, Call of Duty and Dead Island. I think there were other games, but I'm not sure what they were. Also we finished a video in class. I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but it basically told you the truth behind modern meat processing factories and that you should eat organically prepared meat. Basically, eat healthier food.

Finally, before I could actually get to D Block, the fire alarm went off. I was a bit confused, as I somehow forgot where to go. Of course, we had to go outside. So I and many others went out there in the rain with our stuff still in our arms. You might think that would make it bad... but I don't care! I love it when something actually happens in my life. Actually during D Block, I wrote most of this on a piece of paper. A teacher told me to put it away, but I didn't anyway. As I was writing this, I was also doing a final exam review.

Also I'd like to thank my newest viewer and, as far as I know, the only viewer. Thank you so much! Not just for reading this, but, since I know who you are, for so many other things. In any case, I'm a really good mood for multiple reasons. Lets see how this school day ends up being!

Oh, I forgot to mention, in the beginning of D Black, I went up to my friend, Michael and asked him "How was the rain?" to which I smiled and laughed. Bree, an acquaintance of mine and Michael's friend, said "Don't even mention the rain!" Of course, I laughed mischievously at this.

In E Block (Latin) we watched the Disney version of Hercules, though we didn't finish it.

In F Block (Art) we did a part of our final exams, specifically one in which we had to criticize a painting of the Three Wisemen visiting baby Jesus. Otherwise, F Block was a normal, boring block.

Well, turns out this day was alright. I just want to get home, hoping I get the chance to talk to someone.

Yesterday I bought a copy of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone at a Goodwill... and boy, do I not regret it! What I'm trying to say, it's a better book than I remember! I've wanted to reread it for quite some time, but we didn't have it in our home's "library". So, as I said, I found it at a Goodwill and bought it, and I took it to school today. While we (Becca - my little sister, Ben - a carpooling mate and myself.) were being driven to school (by Ben's mother) I was reading the book.

I had difficulty taking my eyes off the lines. Like, bloody hell, I love the book! Though I wouldn't quite say it's my favorite book, as Brave Story by Miyuki Miyabe takes that place for other reasons.

Brave Story isn't a very well known book, especially in America, but I would highly recommend that you purchase and read it.

During PE, I got hit in the face with a soccer ball, of course everyone was like 'You okay?' and me being me, I didn't really say anything or just said 'Yeah'. Now, I am alright, but this is why I don't like PE. People have the tendency to hit me in the face, so can you blame me for disliking PE?

It's a good thing that I do kinda like what we Americans call 'Soccer', though I don't quite get it why Football isn't Soccer and why Soccer isn't Football. What I'm trying to say is; I agree with the rest of the world. Unfortunately, being an American, it's hard to imagine Football being called Soccer. But calling it American Football makes more sense, but somehow less, as it makes us sound stupid if you actually know what it is.

During lunch a classmate of mine from Art set things down so that I could 'protect' them. I honestly wasn't sure what was going on, but I didn't ask anyway.

Well, the school day ended, not much happening. In D block I was really tired and I felt as though it were a rainy day, but it turned out to be a really sunny day.

During the weekend, I had a terrible cold >>. On the first day (Saturday), I used almost three entire boxes of tissues. According to my dad, it's allergies, but I really have no idea; I just know it's terrible. I skipped church on Sunday, as the cold seemed to be worse than the previous day, so I finally took some medicine and stayed home.

I managed to record a Lets Play of FATE, it should be on my gaming channel by the end of the day.

When I woke up today, I thought the cold was gone... and I was wrong. It's not quite as bad as it was before, but it's there. My top lip and nostrils are very numb and are probably swollen slightly. I really wished I took the last pill before I went to school >>. As I'm writing this bit, it's only 9:58 AM, so not much has happened yet.

During A Block (PE) we had this running thingy. I really don't know what's it's called, but they play music which gets gradually faster. A beeper signifies when you're suppose to end up on the other side of the 20 meter 'room'. I beat my old record, but I felt like I was going to vomit. So, yeah, that kinda sucked. But a friend of mine, Michael, wanted to trade a Yu-Gi-Oh card for mine (a Roulette Barrel).

In case you're wondering, I don't really play the game, I just collected the cards for a few years. I collect Pokemon cards and I have played it once... albeit loosing.

During B Block (Economics/Government), I was reading Fullmetal Alchemist, but it was taken from me >>. That also sucks. At least I got it back after class.

I nearly read the entire omnibus volume, but I haven't... not really a problem. I can easily finish it today, but I feel like saving it for tomorrow.

During F Block (Art), someone helped me to do Crosshatching, which is a shading technique. I love the table I sit at; all the people are kinda - or very - nerdy/geeky. So, despite my runny nose, this day was pretty good. I hope it's even better at home... too bad it's not Tuesday though. Why do I say that? Because Tuesday is pizza day! Well, until tomorrow, I'm off.

After I had shared the idea I've created for stories and games, many people have suggested to make a blog. All though I have made many others, I have never made one like this. Considering I've always found the idea of writing down your daily life as fascinating, it's surprising how long it took me to actually do this. So here I am.

My real name is John and on the internet I'm known as Dinalap (Adventure Quest Worlds), Xcv2007 (Blogspot), Eksevis (Xat), and knightbob (Fantasy Online). Call me what you will, I don't really care as long as it isn't offensive. I am currently a seventeen year old High School Sophomore. I want to be a writer.
-----------------------------
Today has been pretty interesting. I was messing around with a kid in Art class, and a few girls sitting around us asked what grade I was in and what age I was. I answered. This probably wouldn't be a very big deal to most, but I am normally happy to tell people this stuff.

I wrote a song today, nothing too good or too bad. I think it's OK. Comment your opinion on the lyrics.

The power of my heart wakes up
In another world
Where has it been sleeping?
I don't expect an answer,
But I ask anyway

I walk down the lonely road
Watching things fade around me
I tried to grab the disappearing things
But my hands slipped through them

Regardless, I dream of my heart
Waking up a power
Beyond my understanding
When it happens,
May I grab the transparent dreams?

So yeah, that's what I wrote. Under this, I drew a cool-looking character with shoulder length black hair, a straight expression and two swords. I wrote "Alexander" over him, concluding that he was the protagonist in a story I'm currently working on.

Unfortunately I cannot show it, as I can't take a picture of it; however, I hope to add it some day anyway.

Well, this school day was pretty good - nothing bad happened, it was more interesting than an average day. Tomorrow I'm going to have to do a persuasive speech in front of the class in English. I hope it goes good!

Well, that's all I have to say today. Have a good day, night or whatever time of the day it is you are reading this at.
